Phase 1 Charter .pdfThis is the Phase 1 Project Charter for the HR DevelopU initiative. I lead the DevelopU, building collaboration across multiple teams at Dallas College, including our Employee ERGs, Learning and Development, the Center for Teaching and Learning, and various HR teams. The goal of this project has been to build a highly interactive SharePoint site for all 6,000+ employees of Dallas College to provide tools that will grow all employees' skills, knowledge and careers.
