Content Development, Training Videos and Design Work

As an HR Business Partner with Workforce Planning, a part of my role includes designing and deploying training for over 6,000 employees. This includes preparing PowerPoints, documents, videos, and web content. When our team deployed the FlexWork program in the Summer of 2022, my role was to execute professional training materials to distrubute to our workforce of over 6000 employees. Below, you can browse all of the work I contributed to this initiative.

Branding and Promotional Items

As part of our rollout of the program, I was asked to produce items for distribution to the college and that would live on our permanent Sharepoint site. I created a logo and branding model for the initiative, created an introduction video, and I composed a script for our Chancellor's announcement of the rollout which he delivered via web broadcast. Our marketing department took my designs to utilize in their campaign for the initiative as well.

Training and Deployment

My next tasks were related to building out a training to be delivered both virtually and that could be recorded and built into our LMS (Cornerstone). After developing the training with our team, I built out the presentation and script with our leaders, then recorded the training using Camtasia.

Help Guides / Policy Materials

Finally, I created a host of documents, including a Flexwork manual, to offer employees more assistance and assist with compliance needs from HR. I also assisted with the writing of the content for all of the guides below.
