Rhianna Anglin has been creating dynamic learning experiences and managing large scale projects since 2005...
Rhianna began her experience in public education, directing productions for a rag-tag, barebones high school theater arts program. From there, she has built curriculums and designed learning experiences in the subjects of communications, debate, English, and AVID College Readiness. As a seasoned educator, Rhianna has led adult learners through trainings in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives and pursued her Master's in Education through the University of Illinois. In her current role, Rhianna serves as the Program Director for the Upward Bound TRiO program at the University of Texas at Arlington, where she leads a team of over 20 employees to provide college readiness programming to the students of Arlington, Grand Prairie and Mansfield ISD.
Rhianna has developed trainings and learning curriculum for the TRiO Pre-College Programs at UTA and in her current role at Dallas College. She loves putting her bachelor's degree in film to work through video editing and graphic design, and has helped spearhead new projects at Dallas College including a New Employee Orientation event and the DevelopU internal training site. Much of her duties include project management, and she is currently working on obtaining her certification in Project Management from Google. She enjoys organizing people, executing projects and seeing the finished results of the hard work of her teams. She considers her greatest achievement to be the success of the students and employees she's coached to help meet their goals, and the impact her projects have had on both the workforce and students.
In her free time, Rhianna enjoys continuing to work as a college prep consultant with students from a wide variety of backgrounds. She is highly creative and enjoys reading and crafting. You can frequently find her at the Alamo Drafthouse catching up on new films, enjoying live music and traveling around the world to U2 shows. Rhianna resides in Dallas, TX, but looks forward to seeing even more of the globe soon!
